Job Summary:

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Registered required
• MI Occupational Therapist License required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 Days
