RESPONSIBILITIES:

Specific duties within the Programs Internship may include:

  • Support implementation of Glimmer’s monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) framework.
  • Facilitate development and standardization of program support tools and process documents.
  • Review programmatic reports, highlight impacts and lessons learned, and summarize findings to share within and across teams.
  • Assist the Programs team with data management processes and analysis.
  • Conduct research to inform Glimmer’s strategic decisions and programming and help Glimmer stay current on global best practices in the development space.
  • Provide overall support to Glimmer’s Programs team.

  • Experience with ArcGIS or other mapping software is a plus, but not required.

COMMITMENT:

We're looking for part-time interns to support our Austin-based team for summer 2023. Schedule is flexible, and the positions are remote.
