Job Description :
Graphic Designer Job Duties:
- Develop and create in-store visuals, direct mail, and other print marketing materials, as well as online advertisements, web graphics, email campaigns, and more.
- Lead the imagery team in the photo art direction that supports brand standards.
- Help to create original merchandising ideas and seasonal campaigns for the business.
- Multi-task through multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and achieve results within the expected deadline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team members and other business leaders to guarantee that all design solutions meet deadlines, objectives and budgets.
- Take ownership and work independently, on some assigned projects.
Graphic Designer Job Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- At least 2 years of recent design experience in the marketing industry. Retail experience is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of web graphics & best practices.
- Experience working with HTML is a plus.
- Capacity to stay well-organized and has a strong attention to detail.
- Must have a portfolio.
- Great understanding of design fundamentals - type, image, color.
- Ability to aesthetically organize page layouts that are heavily detailed.
- Communication skills, creativity, and analytical thinking.
- Professional behavior and strong work ethic.
- Salary range between $50,000 - $55,000 a year
