Digital Ink, an award-winning digital marketing firm, is seeking a Brand Account Manager to work with our clients in crafting their marketing strategies and telling their stories to the right audience.

Role Responsibilities:

· Be thoroughly passionate about design.

· Ability to design graphic content, illustrations, and infographics.

· Ability to create wireframes, sitemaps, and mockups.

· Ability to design web graphics, banners, and icons.

· Ability to plan and develop design concepts by researching and studying information and materials.

· Be able to work independently, but also take direction and constructive feedback.

· Have a sharp eye for detail, be highly organized and have excellent time and file management skills.

· Create brand-driven design from concept through production.

· Produce designs that address business, brand, market, and user requirements, including the design and production of assets for a variety of marketing touch points.

· Adhere to brand guidelines to maintain and enforce brand standards and elevate designs.

· Work with the greater marketing team to concept, develop, design, and produce graphics that satisfies a creative brief and conforms to brand standards and specifications.

· Collaborate with fellow designers, web developers, project managers and project owners to deliver designs on point and on time.

Role Requirements:

· A strong portfolio of work showcasing skill sets.

· At least 2 years’ experience in graphic design and web design

· Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UX Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD).

· Excellent visual design skills with a focus on user-interaction, conversion, CTAs

· Solid understanding of web design and development principles.

· A keen eye for aesthetics and details

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

· Ability to work methodically in a team and meet deadlines.

· Self-starter and results oriented.

· Experience with, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

This position is hybrid, spending three days a week in our Carlsbad, CA offices (Tuesday – Thursday) with two remote workdays (Monday and Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
