The Head of Operations leads and manages the company's operations functions, including estimating, detailing, project management, field installation and warehouse/logistics. This responsible for overseeing projects start to finish, delivering to project schedule, quality and financial requirements.

This is a hands-on role that is also responsible for building, mentoring and leading a team of 22 construction operations professionals.

Qualifications

• 10 Years work experience with 5 years in Project Management, Estimating and/or Operations in Commercial Doors, Frames and Hardware
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, change orders and submittals
• Detail oriented, well organized and advanced time management skills
• Proficiency working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required, Microsoft Great Plains software experience preferred

Pay: $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
