We are looking for a capable and friendly front office assistant to join the team at our locally-owned, boutique hotel. You'll be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of running a hotel, from greeting and checking in guests, to taking and managing bookings, to coordinating cleaning schedules and room assignments. We're a small but mighty team, and you'll be responsible for helping us deliver an exceptional guest experience with an authentic touch of aloha.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner
• Take and manage guest reservations
• Maintain guest bookings and records
• Assist with scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations
• Perform general office administrative duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
