*We are looking for a strong HR admin to join our HR team for a big hospital in Boston, MA

Schedule: 40 hours/week; Onsite required 8a/8:30a-5pm

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of administrative and/or HR support experience
• Associates Degree required
• Bachelor's preferred

Summary:

• Provides support to the HR team as well as manager, colleagues and administration
• Closely work with Business Partners and Recruiters on staffing, onboarding, compliance and other HR projects
• Prepares and reviews pre-employment paperwork and conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications
• Answers emails, phone calls and filing
