Job Description :

ICT is a growing directional drilling company and is in need of a Full-Time Assistant for our Human Resources Department. You will work closely with the Human Resources Director and assist in HR and General Office needs. The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. HR experience not required. This position is in office only. Not a remote option.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets
  • Research products & services for company
  • Plan employee events/employee relations
  • Run errands, answer phone, purchase office supplies
  • Manage company's social media/job postings
  • Assist HR Director in conducting onboarding paperwork of all new employees
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Reconcile and submit monthly expense report
  • Manage and execute office projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with computers including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, & Adobe
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Office experience
  • Multi-tasking/Organized
  • Tech/Computer savvy

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid DL
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Age 18+
  • Experience in the construction industry desired but not required
  • At least one year of office experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
