Employment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced industrial assembler to fill an opening at a manufacturing company located in Loveland, CO. The ideal candidates should have good aptitude in electrical and mechanical industries.

Requirements of the Industrial Assembler:

• Must be able to work overtime
• Must be able to use calipers and read a rule
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to follow directions
• Able to lift up to 50lbs. regularly
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Able to pass a drug screen
• Possess soft skills and can be reliable
• Have reliable transportation
• Willing to work in a team environment
• Equipment experience a HUGE PLUS but not required for all positions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities of the Industrial Assembler:

• Machine set up
• Hand soldering methods to workmanship standards
• Recording time and quality on timesheets daily
• Operating cranes and lifting magnets
• Performs set ups and winds for transforms, chokes and inductors using heaving copper foil and wire while maintain tight tolerances using detailed processes as a guide to determine number of turns and size of wire under minimal supervision
• Provides mechanical assembly
• Any other work-related duties assigned by supervisor
• Show up with a positive and can do attitude
