At this time, we have an opening for an Inside Sales/Customer Service associate in our East Syracuse, NY location. This important position will serve as point of contact for our customers and requires excellent interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of industrial supply is helpful but not required. Our product lines include safety products, abrasives, packaging, machinery and cutting tools. Additional responsibilities include researching customer issues, quoting, order entry, purchasing, expediting and processing returns. This friendly and outgoing individual will support multiple Outside Sales staff and must have strong computer skills. This position has a set schedule and is hourly; full-time (40 hours), Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour for lunch.
