US Polymers is looking for a promising inside consultative sales professional who wants to grow a career long-term. This is a robust, full-time, heavy inbound phone and outbound follow-up call, with a robust amount of high-quality leads coming in every day.

We are a division dedicated to selling our company's product directly to business and home consumers. Our business grew 100% over a year and we are expecting another explosive year in 2023, join us and be part of our success!

The Inside Sales Specialist should like talking on the phone and be friendly.

We are a manufacturer of building products. You would be taking inbound calls and leads from our marketing and working the hot leads.

Sales and phone training are available but some relevant experience and success are required.

The sales role is phone-based inside sales, as a consultant, you will identify the customer's needs to get a higher percentage in closing a sale.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a creative, high-performance individual who enjoys helping people, can work independently, and is a self-starter. Qualified individuals will have good phone skills, enjoy talking on the phone, have basic computer literacy including knowledge of Google Suite and CRM systems. Most importantly, we are looking for a candidate who wants to help people and make money.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
