Job Summary

Independent insurance agency in Blaine, MN looking to add to our team an experienced Licensed CSR/Account Representative.

• Primary role is to answer phones, assist personal and commercial lines clients with quoting, binding and explaining coverage to clients.
• Support team of other customer service reps with work flow.
• Have current Mn Insurance Property/Causality License, as part of employment. Pass back round check
• Must love people and helping them solve problems. Also, enjoy insurance and continuing to learn.
• Ability to negotiate quotations with underwriters and evaluate clients’ needs
• Must be a self-starter, problem solver with good time management skills
• Ability to be organized and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree is preferred
• Extensive knowledge of personal insurance procedures and underwriting guidelines
• Develop strong relationships

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
