Responsibilities and Duties:

• Working closely with team members, providing fast and efficient support to customers, both in person and over the phone.
• Provide excellent customer service working with our clients.
• Installing, programming, and troubleshooting network, surveillance, access control, wireless, and various IT infrastructure.
• Working on multiple computer programs with the ability to learn new programs and technology.
• Assemble and program surveillance camera servers.
• Recording daily activities and materials used for billing purposes.

AS VVS Canteen expands and technology changes, we will continue to work with new technological advancements to stay on the cutting edge. Continuing education and training will always be a function of this position.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Required to report to the VVS Canteen corporate office in Cozad 8am-5pm M-F (some weekends on a needed basis).
• Ability to understand the scope of work and lead a team through a project completion.
• Self-motivated, with a high work ethic, and have the ability to plan a work day effectively to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical IT related issues.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and technology, including IP routing, network addressing, and wireless protocols.
• Familiarity with computer hardware components and operation with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and build computers.
• The ability to work from a ladder.
• Driving to and from work locations. Must have a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to be on-call for telephone support.
