Are you a current student or recent graduate who loves web design and creative? Phoenix Direct is looking for someone like you! Our marketing team is currently looking for a Jr. UX/Creative Designer with a strong portfolio that is passionate about digital customer journeys.

The Jr. UX Designer will work cross-functionally with the Digital Creative Director and team to create and implement outstanding user experiences and execute creative content.

Responsibilities

- Create sketches, wireframes, journey maps, storyboards, user flows, and graphics

- Translate brand standards into comprehensife customer journeys

- Follow best practices in usability and accessibility

- Assist client support teams on other graphic design deliverables as necessary (social media posts, emails, ads)

Required Skills and Experience

• A strong portfolio or 1-2 years of experience building and designing websites/web pages/social ads
• BA/BS in Design, Development or other related field
• Experienced in wireframing in Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc.
• Basic knowledge and experience in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Superior attention to detail
