Gunderson, Palmer, Nelson & Ashmore, LLP, a law firm with 20+ attorneys and 30+ support staff, seeks an experienced legal administrator with professional services experience in its main office in Rapid City, South Dakota. Reporting to the Executive Committee, the administrator will provide executive level oversight of all business functions and participate in management. Directly or through a management team, the administrator will be involved in all aspects of office management for the firm. Duties include human resources, financial management, system implementation, facility management, strategic and tactical planning, employee and attorney management, and business organization and development.

Proven experience in human resources, organization, development, and strategic planning are essential. Finance knowledge and proficiency with computer systems and ProLaw software are beneficial.
