Loch Legal Search is a leading legal recruitment firm with a proven track record of success in placing top talent with law firms in the Washington, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area (the “DMV”). We are seeking a highly motivated and talented recruiter to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) to facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms and hiring managers

· Provide stellar customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

· Actively participate in professional organizations and legal industry events to develop a strong network of contacts and stay current on legal markets, industry trends and best practices

· Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and revenue goals

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; J.D. strongly preferred

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal recruitment or legal practice

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· A superior work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities

· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Strong sales, marketing, negotiating, and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
