Summary:

Under general supervision, supports the sales department in marketing efforts by effectively coordinating contractual activities and communication of market related information. General responsibilities include assisting with the marketing of all projects. Coordinates model opening of all communities and continuing model park maintenance. Coordinates with consultants on signs, advertising, public relations, and collateral material. Maintains website accuracy and social media. Prepares consultant agreements. Review and code billing and assist in preparing budgets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with the marketing of all projects including signage, brochures, and advertising. Coordinates with marketing consultants to ensure correct information is provided. Reviews brochures, newspaper ads, etc. to ensure accuracy. Ability to create flyers and brochure templates and make modifications to advertising using graphic software. Is actively engaged in all social media for company sites. Keeps MLS and company website current on all listings.
• Reviews and codes all department billing for accuracy on a timely basis.
• Coordinates the grand opening of new communities, including dates, media, food, beverages, entertainment, and temporary real estate staff. Assists in coordination of company events.
• Set up new community sales trailers, including furniture, office equipment and supplies, phone and internet services and ensuring permits and insurance is obtained.
• Prepares consultant agreements and ensures insurance requirements are kept current. Keeps all department budgets current.

This position requires occasional overtime, including nights and weekends. Periodic travel to communities.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

High School (GED) plus 3-5 years related experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry.

Demonstrated Intermediate skill set with Microsoft Suite; Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Experience with Adobe Suite or other graphic design software; creating flyers, brochures, and other sales related materials.

Experience in managing business related social media accounts and advertising.

Must be a self-starter and motivated to make projects successful.

Valid drivers license with reliable and insured transportation.
