Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for an in-house marketing guru who can not only design stellar graphics, but also concept and execute social media and digital campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Concept and design for all print and digital advertising and marketing, including paid and organic social media content, digital ads, and print (packaging, marketing brochures, print ads, coupons, etc.)
• Create and maintain brand style guide
• Identify marketing goals and establish new growth opportunities
• Serve as social media strategist, responsible for paid and organic content planning and implementation on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn as well as manage influencer relations
• Create and maintain social media calendar
• Track performance across all digital channels, translating results into actionable insights
• Maintain brand, editorial and design consistency and quality
• Complete creative work on time, on-brand and in line with strategic market requirements
• Display a solid understanding of technical specifications and quality standards
• Maintain electronic library of all design projects and graphics assets.

Who You Are:

• Associate or BS/BA degree in Advertising/Marketing with an emphasis in Graphic Design
• Must have a digital portfolio of your work
• Proficient in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• 2-4 year experience supporting and executing design across print and digital assets and campaigns
• Extreme attention to detail and proven commitment to quality control
• Superior understanding of typography and page layout
• Must have the ability to both follow direction and work under own initiative
• A hunger to lead marketing efforts for a startup
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager a plus
• Photography and video editing skills a plus
