We’re Makoto, a different kind of Martial Arts school than most others. Our goal is to change the world by teaching our students traditional values like respect, manners, and strength of character.

This position will work with our youth after-school program as well as our teen students.

Using traditional Aiki Kempo, Aiki Jujitsu, Sword and other weapons arts infused with real-world, outside-of-the-dojo practical application training, our goal is to help students learn how to control their own destiny, and be a strong presence in life.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help in the planning and development of the youth martial arts program (monthly/weekly/daily).
• Instruct afternoon youth martial arts classes 3-5 times a week.
• Track and monitor the progress of the youth martial arts students.
• Communicate with parents and students about their progress.
• Motivate students in fitness and character
• Maintain a professional workplace with general cleaning and maintenance.
