We’re looking for a Medical Assistant that wants to join an award-winning Cardiology practice in Rockville. If you’re a motivated team player who can work independently, apply to join an amazing team!

The position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday. No nights and no weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take vitals, including manual blood pressure
Perform EKG
Prep patients for exams, stress tests, and holter monitor
Document current medications in EHR
Stock and clean exam rooms/clinic
Answer clinic calls for medication refills, and labs; return messages
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor, administrator, or providers

REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma
Proficient in taking manual blood pressure and performing EKGs
Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant
COVID-19 vaccination is required as a condition of employment
Previous cardiology experience is a plus, but not a requirement
Previous experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus, but not a requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
