Summary:
We are looking for strong recruiting talent to join our growing Driver Recruiting Team!
This position will be responsible for:
- recruiting CDL-A drivers across all divisions of Tyson Foods
- provide outstanding levels of customer service and administrative support to internal and external job applicants, Talent Acquisition Driver Recruiting Team, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners
- acting as a key partner to assigned Talent Acquisition Lead
- Supporting the full life-cycle recruitment tasks and assisting in achieving department goals and metrics
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the TA 2 Driver talent acquisition team at different points in the process such as interview scheduling, offer creation, and collaborating with onboarding team to ensure smooth pre-employment onboarding for new driver hires.
- Assist with hiring processes that align all set DOT compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines.
- Assist in sourcing and networking to build, manage, and maintain qualified talent pipelines.
- Take on other duties as assigned that are related to the talent acquisition process.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate or bachelor s Degree Preferred.
- Experience: 1 plus years of work experience. Experience in talent acquisition
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills. Use of an applicant tracking system preferred.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written skills.
