Foundations Counseling, LLC is expanding once again.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding people skills and therapeutic skills and preferably be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Psychologist, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), or a combination thereof. We will also consider Registered / Unlicensed Psychotherapists and Counselor Candidates (LPCC, MFTC, SWC) who meet the criteria listed below.

About us: We have been in business since 2007. We currently have five Northern Colorado locations spread throughout Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor. We have a staff of 32 counselors, a Vice President of Operations, a Clinical Director, a Director of Operations, a Clinical Manager, and an Administrative Manager. We also have a mentorship / clinical supervision team and an administrative department of 14 individuals to support the clinical staff. The majority of our clients are adults and couples between the ages of 25 and 55, however we do offer extensive services to children, adolescents, and families as well. Basically, we serve people ages 3 to 93.

This is a full-time position. This position requires flexible hours. Availability on weekdays, weekday evenings, as well as Saturday mornings and afternoons is ideal.

Compensation: Will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
