• Mission:
• The Mission of this role is to serve customers who have experienced property damage and are in need of a compassionate, empathetic, and understanding team member who will serve as an expert guide throughout the insurance claims process. This role specifically will guide homeowners and coach team member through the emergency mitigation process.
• Compensation Range:
• $55,000 - $65,000 per year base salary
• Opportunity to earn additional quarterly incentive
• Opportunity to share company profits through our Profit Based Bonus Plan
• What we are looking for:
• 2+ years of mitigation experience and WRT IICRC Certification
• Someone willing to use their emergency service and mitigation knowledge and experience to help restore people's lives while repairing their property
• You must be confident in your ability to understand and utilize various technology platforms and devices that allow us to efficiently serve our customers
• Works well on a team, energetic, and looking for a fast-paced ever-changing daily schedule
