Part Time Bookkeeper

Wanting an experienced bookkeeper to come in 1 or 2 days per week to upkeep bookkeeping on Quickbooks. To include: Reconcile monthly bank statements for checking, Reconcile monthly credit card statements, Enter expenses into Quickbooks, Work with Purchasing for discrepancies on billing, Communicate directly with vendors regarding billing discrepancies, *Accounts Payable: Enter vendor invoices, cut checks, pay vendors, File Sales Tax, Send resale certificates / w9’s to vendors. Must be proficient in QuickBooks. Background check & drug test, Email resume
