NSM Inside Sales Consultant

Nevco Sports, LLC, the world's leading supplier of integrated display and scoring systems, is looking for a talented Sales professional to fill an immediate need in Edwardsville, IL. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making daily calls, sending emails, working with partners, generating interest and qualifying potential prospects.

Responsibilities:

· Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.

· Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.

· Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses

· Execute a sales plan for assigned territories

· Contact current and prospective customers to discuss advertising, scoreboard, message center, accessory and/or video display needs

· Uncover creative approaches to solve each customer’s unique need

· Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests

· Answer customers’ questions about products, pricing, and availability

· Transfer qualified “leads” to NSM Business Development Coordinator

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Recreation and Parks and related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

· 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred)

· Proven track record of successful sales experience and pipeline management (preferred)

· Excellent phone and email communication skills: with customers as well as peers and management

· Ability to develop relationships remotely with potential customers

· Strong time management and organization skills

· Interest in the sports industry

· Experience with a CRM system (preferred)

· Limited travel may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
