Overview: Position is for a licensed in the State of AL Nurse Practitioner for in home care of chronic kidney patients, including dialysis.

Requirements:

• Licenses NP, State of Alabama
• (DEA) license/certification
• Board certified by ANCC or AANP
• Vaccinated, including COVID
• 3 years experience as an independent nurse practitioner
• Hospice or Home Health care experience, including managed care
• Kidney care experience including Dialysis
• Would like to have Palliative Care and hospice experience
• Heavy daily travel; access to transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
