POSITION SUMMARY
The Mid-Level Provider utilizes the medical model to meet a variety of healthcare needs with ambulatory care as their primary focus. The Mid-Level Provider works with a variety of healthcare professionals and security officers in a correctional environment and provides basic medical services supervised by a licensed Physician.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited college / university with current certification / licensure in the state of employment.

Must hold the required annual licensure and credentialing requirements for their specific mid-level provider credentials.

Maintain an active CPR certification.
