Job Summary:

PAC Leaders seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner with Post-Acute experience to deliver quality care for SNF patients in Denison, Iowa and the surrounding areas. Schedule is full-time or part-time.

To be considered, the candidate must have a minimum 1-year inpatient Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in a Skilled Nursing setting.
