New Haven Home Health Services, Inc. is a Medicare certified agency providing skilled home health services to patients at home. We have an immediate opening for a per diem Occupational Therapist with at least one year of experience as an occupational therapist in health care setting.

Requirements for Occupational Therapist:

· Occupational Therapist must have a current California Occupational Therapist license

· Home health care experience a plus

· Willing to visit patients in San Francisco and Mateo Counties

The applicant must be a graduate from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by (a) The Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, and (b) The American Occupational Therapy Association.

Preferred Skills for Occupational Therapist:

· OT must have excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to interact effectively with all staff, patients, families and members of the health team

· Effective problem-solving skill and good analytical skills, organized, resourceful, dependable and detail oriented

· Working knowledge of computer programs: Word and data entry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $63.00 - $66.00 per hour
