1.Application development for advanced e-beam inspection systems (SBI and MBI).
2.Working closely with advanced technology customers and development engineering, application engineer is responsible of working together with stakeholders to ensure business progress smoothness.
3.Technical support for field application escalation issues.

2.Provide technical support for new e-beam inspection product development
Education and experience
1.Masters or Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or Chemical Engineering
2.3 ~ 5 years in semiconductor industry.
3.E-beam inspection experience is a pus
4.Defect analysis relative experience is a plus

Other information
The California base annual salary/hourly range for this role is currently $131,325.00-$177,675.00. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
