Right at Home is looking for a talented and experienced Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to support our fast growing home care agency in the Bluffton, SC area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail. A mixed background as a Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist/Specialist is ideal.
How you will directly contribute to our mission:
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting efforts through active and passive recruiting techniques
  • Develop and streamline recruitment strategies
  • Coordinate all external recruitment efforts (expos, fairs, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and applications
  • Consistently communicate with candidates to keep them updated on their applications
  • Provide highly detailed information about the company and job opportunities to candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate pre-employment testing and screening
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews
  • Arrange background checks, collect required certifications and I-9 documentation, and coordinate completion of electronic onboarding documents
  • Facilitate and oversee new-hire onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain/develop partnerships with outside employment referral sources
  • Perform some payroll and billing assistance, as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned
EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES
  • 3+ years of combined recruiting and HR experience
  • Onboarding experience
  • Experience in Home Care a plus
  • Experience with Paycor and Paycor Recruiting software a plus
  • Microsoft office proficiency
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high activity environment
  • Knowledge of labor & employment laws
  • Knowledge of personnel practices
  • Ability to utilize various software and social media for recruitment
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • Experience and familiarity with Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity protocols
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
