We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) who loves working with the pediatric population to provide home-based therapy services in a condensed geographic zone. We are looking for clinicians who live in or nearby the following areas:

Requirements:

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
• Successfully completed the therapist level field work requirements in the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapist & hold a BS or BA (minimum) from an accredited OT program
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (required by start date)
