Operations Manager
Our team in Morristown TN is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for our custom manufacturing, metal fabrication and machining facility to support a robust and growing company.

The ideal candidate will be able to independently oversee, forecast and manage the workload for our facility consisting of +25 employees and report directly to the owners of the company.

The tasks in the fabrication and machining processes are varied and gives the candidate opportunity to become a part of an already experienced team as the company invests in growth.

The position demands an enthusiastic and self driven candidate with a track record for taking initiative as the company will rely on this person to provide independent, accurate and efficient work.

A harmonious approach to collaboration is required to maintain the company's current culture of positivity and teamwork.

Responsibilities include:

Manage and improve operational practices

Allocate resources and materials to meet delivery deadlines

Provide daily operations oversight

Qualifications include:

Previous experience in operations or other related field

Strong project management skills

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Strong leadership qualities

Ultimately, a successful experienced Operations Manager should ensure efficient and accurate operations to manufacture the vast number of products we produce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
