The Lot at Edgewater is hiring experienced waitstaff who are interested in providing the highest level of service to create an exceptional dining experience in an upscale-casual environment. We are a New-Age Diner, Chophouse, Drinkery & Cigar Bar with a multitude of offerings under one roof and a range of shifts and services (breakfast/lunch/dinner) available to staff.

Requirements & Responsiblities:

• Experience. At least 1 year of relevant (mid to upscale) serving experience is required.
• Passion. You must have a passion for the service industry and take pride in what you do.
• Work Ethic. We are not interested in laziness. If you just want to make the money and run, this isn't the place for you. You must conduct yourself with the understanding that there is much more to this position than simply waiting on a guest. Attention to detail, maintaining your surroundings and going the extra mile to elevate the establishment as a whole is mandatory.
• Positive Attitude. If you are negative and like to whine and complain, stop reading now.
• Ability to Collaborate. Desired applicants should have the ability and desire to work as a team and help wherever needed. Attitude, ego, selfishness and greed are not welcome.
