As an Operations Manager, you will direct supervisory team members and subcontractors engaged in executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction.

Job Duties:

• Direct field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule
• Manage day to day trade contractor scheduling and field oversight
• Ensure projects meet work expectations that conform to original plans and specifications
• Build and maintain a high-performance team that requires minimal supervision
• Assist team with project planning and developing site logistics
• Ensure projects are completed within budget

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar field, preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience required
• Commercial or industrial construction desired
• Valid driver’s license required
