Our firm is currently seeking a talented Paralegal Assistant to join our growing team. The Paralegal Assistant will be responsible for performing research, maintaining filing systems and assisting the legal team within the company. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. The right candidate will work closely with our legal professionals to expedite tasks, reduce workload, and provide a high-level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and prepare necessary documentation.
• Draft correspondence, notices, and other legal documents.
• Educate client regarding procedures and the progress of their case.
• Ensure the security of confidential information.
• Help coordinate case schedules with attorneys.
• Manage client's calendar and schedule appointments.
• Serve as liaison between client, witnesses, and other parties in legal proceedings.
• Keep office stocked with paper, pens, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
