We are looking for a Physical Therapist for our leading Transdisciplinary/Therapeutic-Community based rehabilitation facility.

-INSTITUTES OF HEALTH, a leading transdisciplinary clinic specializing in evidenced based biopsychosocial treatment for brain injuries, chronic pain, and PTSD is seeking a doctor of physical therapy (DPT) to work within our intensive outpatient rehabilitation programs at our Riverside Clinic. Primary Responsibilities:

Programs include intensive outpatient treatment for Brain Injury, Chronic pain, and PTSD both in person and via telehealth. Programs facilitate patients to develop or regain physical or mental functioning and to adjust to disabilities or impairments. The candidate shall ensure operational efficiency, delivery of gold standard services, positive patient outcomes and satisfaction. Must work within compliance with regulatory standards. Promote ongoing assessment and improvement of services and delivery models that result in sound fiscal management while optimizing patient and client outcomes. Must enjoy working with people individually or in groups. A passion for seeing lives changed is integral. Workers Compensation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Individual/Group Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy treatment
• Manage daily patient schedule
• Calls to patients
• Create interdisciplinary cotreatment sessions based upon patient needs
• Help with milieu tasks (assisting patients with needs and where to go)
• Functional capacity evaluations and report writing
• Track patient hours, session reports and testing

Vestibular, post-concussive, and/or TBI experience is a plus.

Spanish/English Bilingual a plus
