Tailwind, a national airport concessionaire, operates airport concessions at 35 airports across the country. Our location is looking for strong, skilled seasonal Prep & Line Cooks who are excited to join our team at the Eagle Colorado Airport. The season runs from December 15th,2022 – April 10th,2023.

Prep & Line Cooks are eligible for a $2,500 bonus at end of the season in addition to competitive hourly pay. The bonus structure will be conveyed in an in-person interview.

Some Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Review and understand all kitchen and health codes.
• Review and understand knife and slicer safety procedures.
• Daily prep of all menu items.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed precisely.
• Label & rotate all food.
• Must be able to work as a team on the line to ensure food comes out in a neat and timely manner.
• Self-motivator - when there is down time, there is to be prepping and cleaning
• Basic knowledge of Grill, Flat top, Fryers, and how to correctly check the temperature of cooked food items.
• Eligible Candidates must be able to handle high-volume situations
• No late nights as operations close after the last flight, typically around 3:30 pm.
• Ideal candidates must be able to handle high-volume situations.
• Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Badge.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older
