About the Company: Our company is a leading provider of Christmas and holiday home goods, selling to top retail chains such as CVS, Big Lots, Walgreens and more. We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team of 14 and help drive our product offerings to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Product development: Work with our team to develop and launch new products that meet the needs of our target market
• Client meetings: Meet with clients to understand their store needs and ensure our products align with their vision and goals
• Factory liaison: Work with our international suppliers to innovate and manage our product offerings
• Cultural knowledge: Apply cultural knowledge and understanding of the Hispanic culture to create products that appeal to our Hispanic American target market

Requirements:

• Spanish fluency: Must be able to speak Spanish and have a well rounded understanding of the Hispanic culture in the US
• Product management experience: Proven track record of successful product management
• Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Business acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to attend meetings in Florida and coordinate own transportation
• Ability to travel within the USA up to twice a month
