Moorecroft has an exciting long-term REMOTE consulting engagement. This opportunity is for an experienced Product Manager who has worked with entertainment/media platforms.

Product Manager, Entitlements and Subscriptions

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision for a Platform or Product line implementation across all Web, Mobile, and OTT products in collaboration with Digital Analytics, Strategy, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data Services teams.
• Refining business requirements and generating user stories for a development team to work against. Including creating materials for developers to reference such as wireframes, FPO copy/images and competitive analysis.
• Be a proactive partner and leader in identifying and designing solutions to business challenges
• Own, maintain and communicate a clear product development roadmap in a way that's linked to business needs and ensures efficient and focused use of development resources
• Serve as Product Owner in multiple Agile Scrum teams by understanding business stakeholder needs and translating into prioritized User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that guide developers and testers to implement credible and valuable analytics.
• Manage the product backlog and roadmap as well as the priorities of engineering, internal partners, third-party vendors, design and marketing to deliver effective and timely solutions while balancing technical dependencies, resourcing and other constraints.
• Partner with other Product and Project Managers to implement entitlement and Subscription features within Digital Platforms you do not directly manage.
• Prioritize new entitlement features and bug fixes to craft the best acquisition funnel and subscription features.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of Product Management experience managing Web, Mobile, and/or OTT consumer-facing applications in a fast-paced environment
• Deep experience using Agile Scrum in order to deliver business value with increasing Success Rate and Velocity
• Experience translating complex Business Requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that Developers and Testers love
• Experience motivating sprint teams towards larger strategic goals
• Experience understanding, providing feedback upon and occasionally troubleshooting user story implementation details with developers and testers
• Experience using side loaded development builds on iOS, Android, and/or other OTT applications.

Preferred experience

• Experience working on TV Everywhere applications and Adobe Pass
• Experience working on In App Purchase for iOS, tvOS, Android, Roku and/or other OTT platforms
