Project Superintendent , Daily Management of onsite activities. Subcontractor coordination, Enforcement & Management of RJS safety rules and procedures. Communication with owners, architects, 3rd party inspectors, and all other team members. Director of 3 Phase inspection program ( Preparatory, Initial, Follow up ) Able to safely navigate the projects hazardous conditions. Able to safely pick up 50 pounds. Knowledge of OHSA 30 & a successful safety record. 5-10 years of verifiable experience in commercial construction. Federal construction experience is preferred.
