Job Summary:

QA/QC Compliance/ Lab Technician is an individual that give technical & administrative support to Wilmar Oleo North America in QA / QC duties, Verifying in-house documents & audits, customer interaction, researching regulations, assist in documentation maintenance/support and lab testing.

Duties and Day-to-Day Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:

· Verify all bulk ship records and advise Terminals / 3rd party labs to follow the Wilmar and State/Federal Regulations.

· Assist QA Manager in Terminal Training and Auditing.

· Verify Tanker Truck Facilities/ Rail Car Cleaning Facilities standards against Wilmar /Regulatory Standards.

· Verifying Terminal Instruction/COA/BOL before sending to Terminals and auditing (maintaining WONA Score Card) all paperwork after loading, follow up to resolve the issue on a timely basis

· Verify all truck/rail cars to suitable to load products meeting customer/ regulatory requirments.

· Filling out questionnaires fully submitted by customers.

· In charge of coordination and follow-up with QA/QC Manager to fill out questionnaires

· Liaison with QA/QC Manager to obtain necessary customer documentations from Wilmar international plant QC & Technical persons.

· Organize WONA data base of all documents and certificates that are required by customers.

· Ensure a timely response to customer requests for documentations.

· Assist QA Manager in working directly with the customer technical personnel to verify & update specification and other mandatory documentations.

· Assist in researching quality / regulatory questions requested by customers.

· Assist in maintenance of WONA QA documentation, and operations procedures training to WONA staff.

· Assist in all labs testing (working with 3rd party labs and WOFS Lab) including shelf Life Extensions and WONA’s COA generation.

· Any other duties assigned by the QA/QC Manager

Minimum Training, Education and Experience Requirements:

BS degree in science one to two years related experience is also preferred but not necessary.

Person should be detail oriented with strong follow-up and communication skills. Also need to have organizational skills, multitasking, good work ethics and work well within a cross functional team environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
