Job Description :

The Teeny Foods' Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all company and customer quality standards are being met. Follow and enforce BRC guidelines to remain compliant with industry regulations, and strive toward a LEAN manufacturing methodology for organizing, cleaning, developing, and sustaining a productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conducting inspection checks on goods and production processes.

· Participate in daily Gemba walks

· Performing manual and automated quality checks.

· Ensuring employees adhere to safety and quality regulations.

· Enforcing SOPs

· Reporting safety and quality infringements to QA Supervisor

· Calibrating and cleaning testing equipment.

· Advising on procedures to improve production efficiency.

· Foster a Quality mindset company-wide

Qualifications and Skills:

· Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally

· Excellent Attendance and performance record

· Experience in Food Manufacturing and production a plus

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Exceptionally detailed

· Advanced Problem-solving skills

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Swing Shift: 10:30 pm - 7 am

Starting Rate: $20.00 PH

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
