Morning duties involve greeting patients, answering the phone, scheduling appointments as well as taking in fees. Good communication skills are vital. The right candidate would determine a patient's insurance eligibility as well as type letters, reports and marketing newsletters. Experience with a computer scheduling program a plus. Experience processing insurance claims also a plus.

This unique dual position includes working as a vision therapist in the afternoon. You would have the opportunity to help children and adults by improving their binocular visual skills through Vision Therapy. We are looking for someone who is mature, reliable, can work independently, can multitask and has the ability to learn new things. Must love kids! Previous experience working with children preferred. COVT certified a plus. But you can become nationally certified through COVD.org by working for us. This unique and satisfying position is a great opportunity for the right person. FULL-TIME POSITION: Hours are Monday through Thursday 9:30 - 6 PM and Friday 8:30 - 5 PM with some flexibility. Please DO NOT apply if you are interested in short-term employment. Because of the training required, and to maintain consistency for our patients, we would like someone who can be with us for at least one year and preferably longer.

MUST BE COVID-19 vaccinated and boostered.
