Job Description :
REMOTE CALL CENTER POSITION
Must have Current Call Center Experience
Rate of Pay: $15/hour
Things to know about ACE:
- What is ACE: ACE.DPL is an Electric and Gas company that services the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey
- Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST (hours may change based on trainer preference however 8a-5p is normally the time we train)
- Training Duration: 5 weeks of in the classroom training, 1-2 weeks of nesting (total of 7 weeks of Training)
Hours of Operation: ACE: 7am-7pm EST
Roles and Responsibilities for ACE:

All our agents answer inbound calls regarding
- Billing inquires
- Disconnect/Reconnect
- Payment Arrangements
- Budget Billings
- Make payments
- Process trouble and outage orders
- Move In/Out Service
- Assist with My Account (Online Accts)
Additional requirement for Ace
- Great Attendance

Computer Navigation skills
- Must be able to type minimally 35-40 WPM
- Great Communication skills
- Camera edict – Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end
- Flexible as shifts vary from 7am-8pm
- Open to working overtime – We are the client's Crisis Center therefore in the event a major storm impacts our Service Territory we will be required to work long hours to include overnight and weekends
- Adhere to a 20-minute daily break 1 hour lunch
- Multitask Skills
- Adequate Internet of 20mbps download 10 upload

The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)- Hard wired connection (no wifi, wifi hotspots)
Employees must have dedicated internet connectivity/bandwidth that is sufficient to satisfy their daily responsibilities without interruption. It is recommended that while a TSI employee is working during their shift, other members of the household restrain from activities (e.g. streaming, online gaming, etc.) that may detract from the available internet connectivity/bandwidth. Employees who have significant interruptions according to their manager may be required to work on site.
