Job Summary

This position involves calling adults with disabilities, veterans, and anyone else that could use our free services to help get them to the right job, so they can have a meaningful job at the same pay and with the same benefits as everyone else.

This job does not involve selling and THERE IS NO COLD CALLING. Everyone asked to be called.

This is a 100% remote position

Responsibilities

• Calling, emailing and/or texting adults with disabilities and veterans to help align them with available jobs
• Calling, emailing and/or texting adults with disabilities and veterans to help align them with free support services and workforce coordinators
• Calling, emailing and/or texting adults with disabilities and veterans to help them complete needed HR forms and submissions
• Conducting online interviews with candidates for jobs
• Conducting administrative onboarding duties

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED
• Must have experience working in a continuous calling work capacity
• Detail-oriented
• Good problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills
• Great telephone, email and texting skills
• Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
• High degree of diligence and accountability
• Ability to work independently
• Must be disciplined, motivated, energetic self-starter with a positive attitude
• High level of professionalism
• Prioritizes and plans work activities, use time efficient
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
