Madison’s newest Restaurant sevring dinner Tuesday - Saturday is looking for energetic team members who love the restaurant business and take pride, passion, and attention to detail to all that they do – to help make Pico & Guac an amazing experience for its guests to go along with its delicious food.

Candidates must be reliable and professional and have an uncompromising work ethic. Our menu is "made from scratch" and "made to order" using the finest ingredients. Our team takes pride in the preparation, service, and execution of our creative menu.

What will you be doing at Pico & Guac?

• Train for your position and perform the duties and related functions of those positions.
• Serve amazing food & bevergae and create memorable guest experiences.
• Take guest orders and assist answering questions about the menu and product. Ability to operate a POS system.
• Suggestively sell products.
• Consistently adhere to the company’s cash handling policies and procedures.
• Bring passion, energy, and enthusiasm to everything you do and taking care of our guests!

What other functions will you have?

• Help in maintaining Pico & Guac cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Restock and food prep, as directed.
• Assist with the training of co-workers.
• Provide feedback to the General Manager to improve operating, speed of service, improve order accuracy, and ensure best-in-class guest service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years hospitality experience a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
