Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Working hand-in-hand with coaches to guide first timers through their first RKBX workout
• Must be proficient in all types of social media.
• Attend monthly staff trainings.
• Handle member concerns/feedback in a professional, objective manner with the end goal of resolution and retention.
• Sales driven and laser focused on hitting the goals set for yourself and your studio.
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of studio.
• Market RKBX inside & outside the studio.
• Assist with community outreach as needed.
• Flexibility & willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Flexible schedule: must be available to work mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Fitness/health & wellness minded
• A minimum of 1 year in a sales type position.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Social media proficiency is a MUST, please provide us your IG/FB/TikTok.
