Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced RN Registered Nurse to fill our RN Registered Nurse position.

We have two shifts currently available 3pm - 11:30pm and 11pm-7am

Ideally the candidate should have experience in a LTC setting.

RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
    • Supervision of Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants
    • Ensure appropriate staffing
    • Frequent rounding throughout the facility
    • Support and assist unit nurses with Admissions and Emergency Transfers as needed
    • Completion of shift report
    • Communicating with physicians, family members and team members
    • Ongoing assessment of patients, and timely response to their needs
    • Serve as point person in the absence of the Director of Nursing
    • Long Term Care Supervisory experience required
