PURPOSE
Be the primary point of contact for inbound gearbox rebuild services, as well as inbound gear manufacturing sales inquiries. Work closely with Sales and Gearbox Rebuild teams to provide administrative support for quote/order processing, pricing, parts purchasing, inventory management, and status reporting. Provide excellent service and develop strong working relationships with customers, external business partners (suppliers, vendors), and internal team.
